Role
Peace Collective is looking for a part-time Keyholder to join our Distillery District store team.
As a Keyholder, you will support the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing responsibilities, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. You will lead by example, uphold company values, and create a positive and memorable experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the Peace Collective brand, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is motivated to support both team success and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing store duties
- Support and lead daily sales operations on the floor
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
- Complete daily cash reconciliation
- Apply knowledge of retail KPIs to support sales targets and store performance
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise
- Communicate inventory needs or discrepancies to the Store Manager
- Fulfill online orders as needed in coordination with the Warehouse and CX teams
- Help create an easy-to-shop environment for customers
Requirements
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week
- Availability for at least two weekday shifts and one weekend shift
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong selling experience and knowledge of retail best practices
- Understanding of retail math and performance metrics
- Experience using Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
- Strong judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
